Welcome to CloudLens AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CloudLens AI platform
and services (the "Service") operated by CloudLens AI ("we", "us", or
"our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of
these terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the CloudLens AI platform, including the website, software, and all
related services.
- "User", "You" refers to the individual or entity using our Service.
- "Credits" refers to the digital units purchased to access analysis features.
- "Content" refers to cloud architecture diagrams, configurations, and data uploaded by
users.
- "Analysis" refers to the AI-powered cloud infrastructure assessment generated by our
Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Service Description
CloudLens AI provides AI-powered cloud infrastructure analysis services for AWS (Azure and GCP coming soon)
that:
- Analyze cloud architecture diagrams and configurations
- Generate architecture visualizations
- Provide cost optimization recommendations
- Identify security vulnerabilities and compliance issues
- Offer best practice recommendations based on cloud provider guidelines
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Use a valid email address for account verification
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
5. Credits and Payments
5.1 Credit System
- Credits are required to generate cloud infrastructure analyses
- One credit equals one analysis generation
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
5.2 Pricing
Current pricing is available on our Pricing Page. We reserve the right to modify
pricing with 30 days notice to existing users.
5.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees
5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally:
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
- Used credits are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:
- Use the Service for legitimate cloud infrastructure analysis
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You retain all rights to the cloud architecture diagrams and configurations you upload. By uploading content,
you grant us a limited license to:
- Process and analyze your content to provide the Service
- Store your content temporarily for analysis purposes
- Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service
7.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of content you upload
- Ensuring you have rights to upload and analyze the content
- Any consequences of uploading confidential or proprietary information
7.3 Cloud Provider Credentials
- Cloud credentials are encrypted and used only for authorized analysis
- Credentials are never stored permanently
- You can revoke access at any time through your cloud provider console
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from compromised credentials
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Rights
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by CloudLens AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws.
8.2 Analysis Reports
Generated analysis reports are provided to you for your use, but the underlying algorithms, methodologies,
and AI models remain our intellectual property.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
9.1 Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
9.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
- Update features and functionality
- Change pricing with advance notice
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 Analysis Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:
- Analysis results are error-free or complete
- Recommendations are suitable for your specific situation
- Following recommendations will achieve desired results
You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations. Always verify
recommendations before making infrastructure changes.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CloudLens AI SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Damages arising from reliance on analysis results
- Unauthorized access to your account or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudLens AI, its
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses
(including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your uploaded content
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits may be eligible for refund per
our Refund Policy.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- Required by law or regulatory authority
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Your content may be deleted after a grace period
- Unused credits may be forfeited unless refund is requested within 14 days
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Third-Party Services
Our Service may integrate with third-party services (cloud providers, payment processors). We are not
responsible for:
- Third-party service availability or performance
- Third-party terms, policies, or practices
- Content or services provided by third parties
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute:

- If unresolved, parties agree to mediation before litigation
- Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Cairo, Egypt
16. Changes to Terms

and CloudLens AI.

obligations without restriction.
17.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control,
including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.
